Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card and has no time limit. Sign in with Google, create your venue, and start accepting guest votes immediately. You can upgrade to Basic or Pro at any time from your billing page.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. YouBox is billed monthly with no annual contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page at any time. When you downgrade, your extra venues and playlists are preserved but become read-only until you reduce usage or re-upgrade.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your venues, playlists, play history, and vote data are never deleted when you change plans. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, the extra venues and playlists become read-only. You can still view and export everything, but new tracks and votes are paused until you upgrade again or remove excess items.
